AS you can tell from this 1959 KTRK clip, the transition from radio was still affecting the new medium of television. This is believed to be the oldest recording of a live broadcast in the channel 13 Houston archives. It was from the station's morning show "Soundtrack." Notice they had a little news, music and an interview with comedian Jonathan Winters.
