USS Texas (BB-35) aka Battleship Texas, was launched in 1912 and commissioned in 1914. Today she is docked at the San Jacinto Battleground where she has been for decades. There is talk of getting the ship repaired with a possible move to Galveston. Here is abc13 film footage of the New York-class battleship from February of 1966.
